4We will contact you to confirm the sale and assist you with the payment process. * If you miss out on a purchase, or if the featured artwork isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll be happy to show you additional First Look artist offerings—or assist you with a commissioned piece of art.
5We will arrange for the delivery or shipping of the artwork to your home or office. Out-of-town shipping is an additional charge to the purchaser.
6We will provide a Certificate of Authenticity to accompany your artwork.
7Need assistance hanging a new painting? We offer hanging services for a reasonable fee.
8If the artwork doesn’t complement your space, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will pick up the artwork, return or ship the piece to the artist, and process the purchase refund for you. Please note: the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for out-of-town returns.
