“The emotional impact my art has on viewers means a great deal to me. Sometimes it evokes tears, other times it provides comfort, but most often, it brings joy. Even after 34 years of expressing myself through color and lavish brushstrokes, the thrill never gets old.”

Artist Statement
“Painting is my ultimate form of self-expression. Throughout my 57 years, life’s experiences have provided me with inspiration to navigate and interpret. Painting has served as a cathartic release during challenging times and a source of sheer joy during the rest. When I approach my easel and canvas, I pour my raw emotions into every brushstroke, resulting in artwork that always feels like a cause for celebration. My subject matter is diverse, ranging from the sublime—faces, figures, architecture, animals, landscapes—to the beauty found in a simple still life. I revel in all aspects of life’s beauty. My artistic style is characterized by its looseness, texture, and lusciousness. Whether I’m working on a large-scale piece or a tiny canvas, the size is determined by my mood or the nature of the assignment.”
Carole’s work can also be seen at Railroad Station Antiques in Huntsville, Alabama.
